In my 30 years in the travel industry I have never experienced anything like this pandemic. I know travel will come back, but it will be different. The decision making framework will change. Here are a few questions that will be very important when choosing your next vacation:
Where can we go with a nonstop flight, and spend the least amount of time in an airport?
What documents are required to enter my destination?
Where can we go that will not require quarantine upon arrival or returning home?
What modifications have the airlines and hotels adopted to provide a safe and healthy experience for the traveler?
What is the healthcare system like at my destination?
How flexible are the cancellation policies?
