During this call we will go through thoughtful questions to get to know you and your vision.. We’ll explore if you’ve been to your desired destination before and talk about your best travel experience in the past. Together, we’ll discover what memories you are looking to create. At the end of the call, we send you a recap and next steps on how we move forward in making your trip come to life.
Then the planning begins! We’ll collaborate with our trusted global partners and use our airline reservation system to curate travel options tailored to your needs. Once we’ve gathered the details and costs, we’ll send over a draft itinerary. From there, we’ll work closely with you to refine the details, including destinations, accommodations, tours, and experiences, ensuring every element fits your vision perfectly.
Once your itinerary is just right, we’ll begin securing your reservations. From hotel stays to special requests and added amenities, we’ll finalise every detail to elevate your experience. You’ll receive confirmation and payment receipts within a few days of your bookings being secured, so you can relax and look forward to your trip with confidence.
